NEGLIGENCE

Aside from creating a beverage that has toxic waste in it, Plains Dairy and Red Diamond are negligent in other ways.

1.  There is no phone number on the label to call with concerns/complaints.

2.  Once a customer has jumped through hoops to get ahold of them to report a “gasoline” smell or actually has
found toxic chemicals, what do Plains Dairy and Red Diamond do?

    Recall the lot?  No.

    Test batches for chemicals?  Nope.

    Alert the public? Get real.

They send the complaining customer coupons for more of their product.

3.  No matter how many complaints they receive about odors from their ice tea described by customers as smelling like:

    car exhaust

    paint thinner

    nail salon

    foul chemicals

    an industrial plant

    acetone

    kerosene

    gasoline

the companies only test for mold and bacteria, then proclaim they “tested” their tea and  “didn’t find anything.”

Plains Dairy and Red Diamond would have customers believe that gasoline vapors are normal  for “spoiled” tea. That when tea
gets “hot” it becomes “heat shocked” and emits fumes that can knock your socks off.

4.  Despite the fact that, for years, both companies have received complaints of chemical odors coming from their beverage,
they have done nothing to investigate or take care of the problem.

5. What do they do instead?

Attack anyone who dares to speak out about their toxic filled beverage.

This is how concerned they are with the well-being and health of their consumers:

They aren’t going to tell the public what’s been found in their tea and they aren’t going
to let anyone else tell them either.
